  • add Huh? My Payment Gateway says "Complete payment of 0" - What's that all about? Huh? Huuuuh??

    Ahhh, sometimes we have a little gremlin in the system on our payment form. This mainly happens when people try to pay through Safari, because it blocks certain functionality. We recommend trying another browser. If the gremlin is still giving you trouble, just email us at hello@tripical.com or give us a call on +354 519 8900

  • add I'm confused. What is the difference between "Passenger Information" and "Customer Information"?

    Passenger Information is simply the details you need to enter for all passengers. Customer Information is whoever the contact person is who made the booking.  Normally, this would be the same person.

  • add Hey! My card was charged twice. What are you playing at?

    Whoopsee!! Sometimes our click-happy customers get a little over-excited and the system occasionally ends up wanting to charge twice. If this happens, we are ever so sorry. Just send us an email at hello@tripical.com or call +354 519 8900 and we will sort it out, lickety-split!

  • add I reeeeeeeeally want to book a trip with you, but I can't quite pay for the entire booking right now. Can you help me out?

    Pfffffft!!No sweat. You only need to pay a 20% confirmation fee, and the remaining balance a few weeks before arrival.  Send us an email at hello@tripical.com or call us on +354 519 8900 and we can explain further, if you like.
