Day 1

Welcome to Iceland

Transfer and check-in the hotel (depends on time of arrival). 

Following city walking tour, which is entertaining, informative and useful. You will get to know the most northern capital city in the world with an expert guide at hand. Among the spots we will hit is the top of the famous Hallgrímskirkja, the colourful houses of Þingholt and the City Pond with its birdlife.

Day 2

Snæfellsnes Peninsula day tour

Depart Reykjavik and head to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula to experience Iceland's diverse natural beauty in a single area. Take in the dramatic landscape of volcanic peaks, sea cliffs, golden beaches and sparkling fjords.Visit Arnarstapi - a village on the southern side of the peninsula, once a fishing hub and now a place to refuel before entering Snæfellsjökull National Park.

Day 3

Golden Circle

Today, we visit three of Iceland’s most famous spots: Þingvellir National Park, Geyser hot springs, and Gullfoss waterfall. We start the day at the ancient Viking Parliament area of Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site. The Þingvellir plain is situated on a tectonic-plate boundary where North America and Europe are slowly tearing away from each other. Next stop is at the Geysir geothermal fields with a variety of hot springs and bubbling pools. Gullfoss, “the golden falls”, is a double waterfall that tumbles 34 meters into the Hvítá river originating from the glacier Langjökull. We continue to Skálholt, which is one of Iceland’s most historic and holy places. It was the centre of ecclesiastic power in Iceland for more than 700 years.

Day 4

South Shore

We move to the towering glacier-capped strato volcano Eyjafjallajökull that has erupted relatively frequently since the last glacial period, most recently in 2010.Iceland´s South Coast is full of natural marvels, and the two spectacular waterfalls: Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, are just the beginning.The DC Airplane wreck is one of Iceland's most iconic & haunting photography locations.The fabulous black sand beach –Reynisfjara- with its basalt columns rocks will leave you mesmerized.Overnight in Vik Hotel 3* incl. breakfast.

Day 5

Skaftafell National Park - Jokulsarlon Glacial Lagoon

Skaftafell National Park is located by the roots of Iceland largest glacier and once there you will witness plenty of its outlet glaciers cascading to the lowland.Jökulsárlón belongs to the Vatnajökull glacier national park. The glacier's name is Breiðamerkurjökull glacier and huge blocks of ice (more than 1,000 years old) are continually breaking from it and large chunks of iceberg float in the lagoon. The ice-chunks take on so many forms and colours, ranging from transparent, to white, to the most amazing blue colour - some of the ice is black, it is like visiting an art gallery.

Day 6

Vik- Reykjanes peninsula & Blue Lagoon

Spend a day exploring the Reykjanes Peninsula, a UNESCO-listed geopark in Iceland’s scenic southwest. You’ll discover Icelandic highlights such as the famous Reykjanes Lighthouse, the Bridge Between Continents, and more. After exploring the lakes and hot springs of the region, you’ll finally relax at the Blue Lagoon where glowing blue waters and steam await. It is one of the most famous hot springs in the world.
